This European sports lighting project presented extremely demanding requirements for both glare control and lighting performance. Local regulations imposed strict limits on glare, while the club required high illuminance levels together with excellent uniformity across the entire playing area. Most conventional symmetric and asymmetric lighting solutions on the market were unable to achieve both objectives at the same time.
To solve this challenge, the project adopted our LP Series sports lighting fixtures combined with our advanced glare control system. Through precise optical distribution and optimized shielding technology, the system successfully maintained candela values below 2500 while still achieving lighting uniformity above 0.7 and meeting the required illuminance standards.
The final solution delivered a balanced combination of visual comfort, high-performance illumination, and effective spill light control, providing a professional lighting environment fully aligned with local regulations and the club’s expectations.
